Es sollte unerheblich sein, wie alt jemand ist. Wenn sich jemand mit 40 Jahren noch zu einem Studium entscheidet und sich weiterbilden möchte, warum sollten wir ihn mehr belasten?

Das Contra Argument, dass sich dann viele Einschreiben lassen nur um die KV Kosten zu senken halte ich für nicht haltbar. In meinem Studiengang könnte man das vlt die ersten 2 Semester machen, danach wird man exmatrikuliert wenn man keine Prüfungen bestanden hat. Außerdem habe ich von noch keinem gehört der sich nur deshalb eingeschrieben hat...
