Frische Köpfe dringend gesucht

Diese Petition ist für mich ein wichtiges Zeichen nach der verherrenden Entscheidung der Grünen eine Urwahl zu inszenieren. Auch wenn die "Neuen" nicht die Erfahrung einbringen ( das Argument sticht m.E. ohnehin nicht) brauchen wir dringend neue frische "Köpfe - und dies nicht nur als einmalige Aktion sondern als Dauerzustand . Neue Menschen bringen neue Ideen und haben i.d.R. auch Ecken und Kanten - das ist eine Binsenweisheit und tut uns gut - wir Grüne haben es dringend nötig.

Neuenquote

Für gute parlamentarische Arbeit bedarf es beständige Streiter der politischen Sache, die bereits bewiesen haben, was sie auf gesellschaftlicher Ebene z.B. innerhalb einer BI geleistet haben. Deshalb lehne ich den Antrag ohne Qualitätsmerkmale nachzuweisen ab.Seiteneinsteiger mit Leistungen sind willkommen, aber nicht die dünne Begründung des Antrags. Axel Mueller (KV PM)

Doppelte Quote

Ich bin für eine Bevorteilung von "Neuen" bei der Listenaufstellung etc. Allerdings verstehe ich noch nicht, wie die Neuen-Quote zusammen mit der Frauenquote funktionieren kann. Platz 3 bei der Listenaufstellung ist ja ein Frauenplatz. Heißt das, dass "neue Männer" :-) erst für Platz 6 bevorteilt werden? Oder wie soll das praktisch funktionieren?
