Offenlegen auf jeden Fall, eine Meldung einer Nebentätigkeit ist Bestandteil vieler Arbeitsverträge und als Beamter im Amt muss man auch alles melden. Aber ich denke eine Spende würde dahin führen, dass die Nebentätigkeit aufgegeben wird, weswegen Zeit investieren, wenn man letztlich nichts davon hat. Offenlegen ja - aber die Verwendung sollte jedem selbst überlassen sein
