Gültigkeit der Wahl

Nun ... wer regelmäßig kollektiv gegen Art. 38 GG - Gewissensentscheidung statt Fraktionszwang verstösst, sollte die eigene Legitimierung hinterfragen. Am Ende sollte der Souverän ... sprich das Volk ... entscheiden können. Zudem sind gem. BVG letztes Jahr sämtliche Wahlen zurück bis 1953 für ungültig erklärt worden. Sie brauchen sich also nicht aufzulösen - sie sitzen eh "illegal" im Bundestag
