Stellungnahme der Regierung von Oberbayern

Bei Contra hat jemand geschrieben, die Regierung von Oberbayern würde das Gewerbegebiet ablehnen. Ich habe dort eine Anfrage nach dem Bayerischen Umweltinformationsgesetz gestellt und bin vertröstet worden, obwohl es keine Zweifel daran gibt, dass die Umweltinformation von der ROB herausgegeben werden muss. Da hier gemauert wird und also keine klaren Aussagen kommen, sollte die Petition auf keinen Fall gestoppt werden!

Nichts, wir haben sie auch unterschrieben und die Unterstützung auch anderen empfohlen. Aber: Stimmt es,dass inzwischen eine schriftliche Ablehnung der Reg. v. Obb. vorliegt? Sollte die Petition dann nicht gestoppt werden? Sonst entsteht der Eindruck, dass es sich um einen Overkill handelt. S. Lehnberg, Moosach
