Der Bundestag ist der falsche Adressat. Der Staat darf in Arbeitskämpfe gem. Art. 9 III S. 2 und 3 GG nicht eingreifen. Grundsätzlich unterstütze ich diese Petition jedoch. Man muss sich das mal auf der Zunge zergehen lassen: Kern des Konflikts sind die Rangierlokführer, für die die GDL eine Extrawurst durchsetzen möchte. Von den über 3000 Menschen dieser Berufsgruppe sind gerade einmal etwa 100 Mitglied der GDL!!! Wegen 100 werden Millionen andere schikaniert!
