Mieter-Mitbestimmung gibt es bereits...

87% der Wahlberechtigten haben die Parteien, FREIWILLIG, gewählt, die die "energetischen Modernisierungen" angeordnet hat! Ist das keine Mitbestimmung? Sie wollten doch die Mieterhöhungen. Wo ist also das Problem???

bezahlbarer Wohnraum auf dem Land

Auch der Wohnungsmarkt ist ein Markt. Angebot und Nachfrage - das bestimmt den Preis. Wäre es nicht sinnvoller Arbeitsplätze auf das Land zu verlegen. Eventuell sollten Arbeitgeber wieder Mitarbeiterwohnungen bereitstellen - müssen. Dort stehen Wohnungen und Häuser leer und werden, wenn sie einen Abnehmer finden sehr billig verkauft. Gibt es ein Anrecht auf Wohnen im Ballungsraum?
