Vertrauensbasis, Einarbeitung

Herr Uhrhan kennt den Schulbetrieb bereits seit mehreren Jahren als Kon- und zeitweise Interimsrektor. Er muss sich nicht erst einarbeiten und sich eine Vertrauensbasis schaffen, das hat er allen anderen voraus!

Respektsperson

Herr Uhrhan ist sehr schülernah und beliebt, aber gilt gleichzeitig als Respektsperson, die sich durchsetzen kann und ein hohes Ansehen genießt. Diese Kombination ist für einen Schulleiter besonders wichtig, und er bringt sie mit sich!

Schulentwicklung, Schulfrieden, Schulstandort

Herr Uhrhan ist wie kein anderer geeignet das Gymnasium Gerabronn zu leiten. Er kann den Schulfrieden garantieren und wird das bewährt gute Klima am Gymnasium weiterentwickeln. Jochen Uhrhan als Schulleiter steht für ein transparentes Konzept der Schulentwicklung, das sich an den tatsächlichen Bedürfnissen des Gymnasiums, der Eltern, Schüler und Lehrer orientiert. Er wird alles dafür tun, um den Schulstandort Gerabronn zu sichern. Fazit: Der Gemeinderat kann keinen besseren Kandidaten wählen.

Herr Urhan sollte Schulleiter werden weil er einen guten Draht zum Lehrerkollegium und vorallem auch zu den Schüler hat und deshalb zu fast jeden Thema ansprechbar ist.

Unsere Wahl! Das wäre- absolut einstimmig- herr Urhan. Alle kennen ihn, keiner hat Angst vor ihm, und: er kennt uns. NIEMAND der von außen kommt und ich erst eingewöhnen muss kann das leisten. Gebt uns Schülern endlich auch eine Stimme, die dann auch gehört wird, die nichtnur fürs Protokoll ist und ansonsten irgnoriert wird!

Also ich finde das Herr Urhan ein guter Schulleiter wäre. Er ist immer cool drauf,aber macht auch sehr coolen Unterricht. Herr Urhan ist immer für die Schüler da darum finde ich Herr Urhan sollte Schulleiter werden.

Die meisten Schüler riefen: Ja. - Hatten die Schüler auch Informationen zu den anderen Bewerbern erhalten? - Wir hatten schon einmal in Deutschland: Wollt ihr den ...? Gab es eine Alternative, eine allseitige Information? Eine Vorstellung aller Kandidaten? Ich möchte nicht gegen oder für die Qualifikation und Eignung der einzelnen Kanditaten sprechen, das sollen die Betroffenen entscheiden, aber bitte fair
