Karl kann erstens nichts dafür, wenn seine Seite von Drittpersonen präsentiert wird und zweitens sind auf der besagten Seite keine Videos o.ä. zu finden! Auch mit Hilfe von Google "(karls) kitchen" wird lediglich Karls Rezepte Seite auf den zweiten Platz angezeigt!

Im Prinzip würde ich mich für den Schwächeren engagieren. Aber, tut mir leid, dieser Name, Karl mit Apostroph, dann Denglisch " kitchen", muss das sein? Sollte Herr Ess nicht einfach so klug sein, sich einen besseren Namen zu suchen? Vielleicht täte es "Karls Küche" schon, niemand in unserem schönen Land hätte Verständigungsschwierigkeiten. So entkäme Karl dem Kittchen.

Der Name wird sehr wohl im kommerziellen Sinne gebraucht, weshalb auch die Firma Just Essential UG (haftungsbeschränkt) abgemahnt wird mit Herr Herr Karls Ess als Geschäftsführer und nicht als Privatperson.

Wenn man nach (karls) kitchen googelt, erscheint als zweites Ergebnis Karl´s Kitchen auf der Website der Firma Just Essential UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Da beide in Stuttgart ansässig sind, besteht hier auch Verwechslungsgefahr.
