Betrug, § 263 StGB (?)

Eigentlich MÜSSTE es bereits strafbar sein! Der Käufer wird getäuscht, indem ihm arglistig eine unerwartete Eigenschaft des Geräts verschwiegen wird; das ist ein vertragswidriger Mangel. Ergo Betrug durch Unterlassen, zum Nachlesen: §§ 263 I, 13 I StGB und §§ 433 I 2, 434 I 2 Nr. 2 BGB. Wenn es hier Sonderrecht gibt oder die Gerichte schlafen, ist der Gesetzgeber gefragt!

Legalwer Betrug

Obsolenszenz ist ein Betrug am Kunden, das ist richtig, der aber nur mit Billigung/Tolerierung des Gesetzgebers, Wachstum, Wachstum, Wachstum, möglich ist. Frau Aigner als Verbraucherschützerin (Bundesministerin)könnte etwas tun - will aber nichts tun.
