Desweiteren ist damit zu rechnen, dass Mehrausgaben auf Landes- und Bundesebene entstehen werden. Niedriglohn-Anstellungen im Gastronomiebereich dienen jungen Menschen in Ausbildung oft, ihren Lebensunterhalt zu sichen. Durch den Wegfall von diesen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten durch Schichtwegfall und Schließung von Lokalitäten müssen fehlende Einnahmen vermutlich durch BaföG und ALGII kompensiert werden.
