Der Antrag ist am 14.06.2012 in diesen Text geändert worden, was heißt das im Klartext? "Die Bezirksverordnetenversammlung möge beschließen: Das Bezirksamt wird ersucht, im Stadtteil Moabit analog zu den Stadtteilen Mitte, Wedding und Gesundbrunnen eine Stadtteilbibliothek zu realisieren." Weiß jemand was das im Klartext heißen soll und was in der BVV gestern passiert ist?

Erreichbarkeit

Für Ältere und Behinderte ist es wichtig, dass eine Bibliothek in der Nähe vorhanden ist. Die Hansa-Bibliothek hat eine wunderbare Atmosphäre mit Lichthof, der als Lesesaal genutzt werden kann, der schönen Architektur und der harmonisch abgestimmten Einrichtung. Darauf zugunsten eines gesichtslosen "Mietobjekts" zu verzichten und die Hansa-Bib. dadurch ev. dem Gammel zu überlassen (nichtadäquate Nutzung ist so häufig der Anfang vom Ende eines Baudenkmals) halte ich für barbarisch.

integration durch bildung

--> beide häuser sind räume der bildung und integration. sie ermöglichen u.a. kindern und jugendlichen aus bildungsfernen und sozialschwachen familien einen kostenlosen zugang zu büchern, cds, dvds, tages- und wochenzeitungen sowie dem internet. --> beide häuser zeichnen sich durch vielfältige projekte und angebote aus, die sich u.a. an kindergärten und schulen richten, um kinder an das buch als medium heranzuführen, sind damit wesentlich für die lesesozialisation.
