Der Schutz der Bevölkerung hat Vorrang!!

Es kann nicht Ziel der Strafvollzugs- Reform sein, dass grundsätzliche Regelungen eingeführt werden, die die Sicherheit der Bevölkerung, besonders die Sicherheit von Frauen und Kindern wissentlich gefährden. Gewalt gegen Frauen und Kinder bleibt eine der schlimmsten Menschenrechtsverletzungen unserer Zeit! Und sie hat weitreichende Konsequenzen. Die Bevölkerung und besonders Frauen und Kinder zu schützen sollte für alle Verantwortlichen höchste Priorität haben!

Ex-Sexualstraftäter

Jeder spricht von den Ex-Straftätern, aber nur wenige denken an die Opfer! Ex-Sexualstraftäter, die jede Therapie abgelehnt und trotz Gefährlichkeit und Rückfallgefahr freigelassen wurden/werden, sind ein Risiko für unsere Gesellschaft! Es kann nicht sein, dass Ex-Sexualstraftäter, die erst wegen ihrer Gefährlichkeit selbst in Freiheit rund um die Uhr bewacht wurden, plötzlich als ungefährlich gelten!!

Prinzip der Rechtsstaatlichkeit

"Im Zweifel für den Angeklagten", diesen Grundsatz sollte man nicht leichtfertig über Bord werfen. Es gibt eine Verurteilung für zukünftige Straftaten nicht, so etwas darf es auch niemals geben. Solange entlassene Straftäter niemandem etwas tun, sind sie freie Bürger, egal welche Straftaten sie früher gegingen. Dafür haben sie bereits mit dem langjährigen Freiheitsentzug gesühnt. Diese Rechtsgrundsätze sollten nicht aus Angst über Bord geworfen werden.
