Die Frage, die ich mir bei sowas immer stelle, wurde das vorhandene Fördermittelbudget denn die letzten Jahre immer voll ausgenutzt oder erfolgt die Anpassung deswegen, weil eben nicht immer die Gelder voll abgerufen wurden und man diese für andere Dinge verwenden möchte, ohne erst auf den Jahresabschluss und den Rückfluss des nicht abgerufenen Geldbetrages zu warten?
