Die Normalzeit ist UTC. Wir sind in der Zeitzone UTC+1, also der sogenannten Winterzeit. Dr mensch folgt seinem Biorythmus, das bedeutet, das sein Schlaf- Wachrythmus dem Stand der Sonne folgt. Daher ist es sinnvoll, die Normal (Winter) Zeit beizubehalten. Die Sonne steht bei der Normalzeit um zwölf Uhr mittags am höchsten, das soll auch weiterhin so bleiben.
