President Gauck, please do not sign the antiziganist asylum law change!

-
We do not want asylum law change and reject the rules to so-called "safe countries of origin" from.
Mr. President Stop the asylum law change!

Justification:
Open Letter & Petition to the President Gauck
The asylum law change is not acceptable from a moral and political point of view.
From a historical responsibility towards Roma can this ethnically discriminatory law not be accepted as constitutional.
These asylum law change is clearly designed against Roma who ask from the so-called "safe countries of origin" in Germany for asylum. These states are not safe countries for Roma, social exclusion and antiziganist enemy declaration against Roma is a political discrimination against the Roma people.
Even if the Roma are not explicitly mentioned, each is in Germany and especially aware of the government officials, against whom is this legislative initiative.
This is inconsistent with statements that recalls the opening of Mahnmales to the Murdered by the Nazis Roma and Sinti were made.
These asylum law change contradicts what the Chancellor (www.youtube.com/watch?v=bt3sSTCX7WU from 24/10/2012) and thus the federal government.
About 600,000 Roma and Sinti were murdered by the Nazis in concentration camps. Roma and Sinti MUST finally obtain the same historical recognition as has long been the Jewish population.
Mr. President, do not make the Roma back to second-class victims.
Mr. President, do not make the Roma refugees second class.
Mr. President, please do not send the signal that the welfare and life of a Roma value is less than the lives of other refugees.
Mr. President, this law will not withstand both the Constitutional Court and the European Court, you avoid years of legal procedures and the asylum legal discrimination of the Roma as a vulnerable minority. It is ultimately up to you to prevent years of suffering of the Roma.
I would like to quote President Roman Herzog, 27.04.1995 in Bergen-Belsen: "totalitarianism and misanthropy not fight you if they have taken power. You have to fight if they, perhaps quite timidly raised their heads for the first time already. "
See you there, please, if this human dignity is violated. Germany is the dead and the survivors guilt, to look and to protect them as a minority. Do not fire the rejection, the antiziganism and exclusion.
Mr. President, please refuse to sign this law.

On Friday the 10/24/2014 we would like to present you this online petition personally.
