Dies wären VoLTE und WiFiCall. In Indien werden diese genannten Technologien unterstützt. In Deutschland, mit identischer Hardware, jedoch nicht. Dies liegt am Widerwillen von Oneplus die Techniken richtig und vollständig zu implementieren.
Wichtig sind die genannten Technologien für User mit wenig, bis keinem Empfang im 2G und/oder 3G Netz. Telefonate könnten so über das LTE Netz, oder WLAN übertragen werden. Dies ist jedoch wegen OnePlus selbst nicht möglich.
