Frau Ba Hawa Keita, die Botschafterin von Mali in Deutschland, ist mitverantwortlich fuer die Abschiebung von MigrantInnen aus Mali. Fuer eine Rueckkehr nach Mali, bietet die deutsche Auslaenderbehoerde, ab heute, jedem Menschen ohne Papiere aus Mali eine bescheidene Summe von 800Euro, was ungefaehr 528 000 FCFA waeren. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass diese jungen MigrantInnen enorme Aufopferungen eingehen um dieses Land zu erreichen, ist dies eine laecherliche Kompensation.
Diese Feindseligekiten der AkteurInnen der Botschaft von Mali in Deutschland gegenueber ihren eigenen MitbuergerInnen, sei motiviert durch eine deutsche Finanzierung von 100 Millionen Euro fuer die Regierung von Mali. Mit dieser Zusammenarbeit wird ewartet, dass die Behoerden von Mali den "Migrationsfluss" regulieren.
Eine junge Migrantin berichtet: "Als ich die Botschafterin von der Auslaenderbehoerde aus anrief um nach einer Telefonnummer zu fragen, antwortete sie mir: Meine Schwester, es waere besser das Land zu verlassen. Und wir geben dir dafuer 800Euro." Eine andere Situation eines Mannes bezeugt, dass die Botschafterin bei seiner Ankunft bei der Botschaft von Mali sagte: "Mein junger Herr, komm unterschreibe hier und ich gebe dir 800Euro." Dieser antwortete daraufhin: "Nein, ich unterschreibe gar nichts!", und die Botschafterin erwiderte: "Ok, dann verlasse dieses Land!"

Mrs. Ba Hawa Keita, the ambassador of Mali to Germany, is complicit in the deportation of migrants from Mali. From today on the German Office for Migrants does offer to every migrant without papers a modest sum of 800Euros, which is about 528 000 FCFA, to return to Mali. Considering these young migrants have already taken on enormous sacrifices to arrive in this country, this is a ridiculous compensation. These hostile actions by members of the embassy of Mali in Germany against their own fellow citizens, was motivated by a German financial aid of 100 million euros to the government of Mali. With this collaboration Germany expects the authorities of Mali to regulate their migration flux. A young migrant woman reports: “When I called the ambassador from the office for migrants to ask for a telephone number, she replied: My sister, it would be better if you leave the country. And we give you 800 Euros for that.” In another case the ambassador of Mali told a man upon his arrival at the embassy: “My young man, come, sign up here and I will give you 800 euros.” He replied: “No, I won’t sign anything!”, and the ambassador responded “Ok, then leave the country!”.

Francais: Quand l’ambassadrice se rend complice d’expulsions vers le MALI
Madame Ba Hawa Keïta, l’Ambassadrice du Mali en Allemagne, est complice dans le refoulement d’immigrés maliens par les services de l’immigration allemands. Pour un retour au pays, les services de l’immigration allemands proposent, aujourd’hui, à chaque sans-papiers maliens la modique somme de 800 euros, soit environ 528 000 FCFA, une somme dérisoire au regard des énormes sacrifices consentis par ces jeunes immigré(e)s pour atteindre ce pays. Cette animosité des agents de l’Ambassade du Mali en Allemagne envers leurs propres compatriotes serait motivée par un financement de 100 millions d’euros promis par la coopération allemande aux autorités maliennes pour la gestion des flux migratoires « Quand j’ai appelé, depuis la Ausländerbehörde (Office des étrangers), l’ambassadrice pour lui demander de nous chercher un numéro de téléphone, elle m’a répondu, ma sœur, il vaut mieux rentrer au pays. Et on te donne 800 euros pour cela », témoigne une jeune immigrée. Et que dire du cas de ce monsieur auquel l’Ambassadrice a dit à son arrivée à l’Ambassade du Mali « Mon jeune homme, viens signer et on te donne 800 euros ». Et ce dernier de lui répondre « Non, je ne signe rien ! » et l’Ambassadrice de rétorquer «Ok, donc quitte ce pays !».

Unterschreibt diese Petition um der Regierung, den "politischen RepraesentantInnen" und den Behoerden zu zeigen, dass wir korrupte und erpresserische "Entwicklungsdeals" wie diese verabscheuen und ablehnen. Deutschland muss endlich die Verantwortung fuer Gefluechtete und MigrantInnen akzeptieren und uebernehmen, anstatt andere Staaten gegen Geld dazu zu verpflichten, und damit jegliche Schuld und Verantwortung von sich zu weisen.
Wir fordern die Bundesregierung und die Regierung von Mali dazu auf, diese unmenschliche Praxis umgehend einzustellen. Stattdessen sollten beide Länder umgehend handeln und die Flüchtgründe und Ursachen bekämpfen, deren Verursacherin, Nutzniesserin und Profiteurin auch Deutschland ist!
Sign this petition to show the government, the ´political representatives´ and the authorities, that we reject and abhor such corrupt and extortionate ´development deals´ as these. Germany must finally accept and assume responsibility for refugees and migrants, instead of paying off other states to do so, whilst denying any guilt or responsibility on its behalf.
We demand the German government and the government of Mali to stop this inhuman practice. Instead both countries should act immediately and fight against the real causes for flight, which Germany is also causing and profiting from!

What you should be focusing your energy on is to make sure that the brain drain from our beloved countries stops. The fight should be focused on creating the right environments to prevent these young and brave people from leaving their countries and being subjected to racism and slavery in Europe. Your fight should be focused on improving education, creating job opportunities, and raising the living standard in Africa. Only then your fight will be meaningful. We would rather come to Europe for holidays as Europeans do in our countries, but not to live in slavery, humiliation...
