The aim is to enable and promote the preservation of regional-cultural, linguistic and individual characteristics. Centralism to the extent necessary and regionalism to the extent possible.
Motivazioni:
There is a risk that regional individuality will be lost in a confederation of states such as Europe. It is precisely these individual peculiarities of all kinds that inspire the whole and, by their preservation, revive the superior commonality. Politics, the state organisation and the whole administration as well as among others. Education and training must also be geared accordingly.
