Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir, die Anwohner Ledeburgs, fordern den Stadtbezirksrat Herrenhausen-Stöcken und die Bezirksbürgermeisterin Frau Regine Bittorf dazu auf, eine Verlegung der 18 (!) Mobilfunkmasten und Sendeinheiten auf dem Hochhaus an der Hänselriede zu prüfen.
Dear Sir or Madam, we - the residents of Ledeburg - are calling on the Herrenhausen-Stöcken District Council to start searching alternative locations for the 18 (!) mobile masts on the building at the Hänselriede.
Dôvody
Die gesundheitlichen Risiken solcher Mobilfunkmasten sind Thema zahlreicher Studien. Wir sind der Auffassung, dass diese große Anzahl an Mobilfunkmasten in einem reinen Wohngebiet den Stadtbezirksrat dazu bewegen sollte, nach alternativen Standorten Ausschau zu halten. In diesem Zusammenhang ist zu erwähnen, dass sich die Ausgangslage in unmittelbarer Nähe der Mobilfunkmasten stark verändert hat. Im Neubaugebiet Kreuzriede, das sich direkt neben der Hänselriede befindet, entstehen rund 80 Wohneinheiten. Das bedeutet, dass in den kommenden Monaten mehrere Hundert Menschen dort einziehen werden. Da dieses Neubaugebiet vorrangig für Familien gefördert wurde, werden vor allem viele Kinder dort leben.
Nur wenige hundert Meter weiter süd-östlich der Mobilfunkmasten befindet sich ein Gewerbegebiet, das nahezu vollständig von nicht als Wohngebiet genutzten Flächen umkreist ist. Östlich von diesem Gebiet befinden sich Schrebergärten, nördlich eine große Sportanlage, westlich das Stadtfriedhof Stöcken und südlich das Üstra-Gelände. Aus unserer Sicht wäre die Platzierung der Mobilfunkmasten in dieser Gegend sehr viel sinnvoller. Wir hoffen, dass der Stadtbezirksrat einen Experten beauftragt, um diesen Vorschlag zu prüfen bzw. um grundsätzlich Vorschläge für eine Verlegung der Mobilfunkmasten zu erarbeiten.
The health risks of such mobile masts are the subject of numerous studies. We believe that this large number of mobile masts in a residential area should encourage the district council to look for alternative locations. In this context, it should be mentioned that the initial situation in the immediate vicinity of the mobile masts has changed considerably. In the new development area Kreuzriede, which is located directly next to Hänselriede, around 80 residential units are being built. This means that several hundred people will move in there in the coming months. Since this new development area was primarily promoted for families, many children live there.
Only a few hundred metres to the south-east of the mobile phone masts there is an industrial area which is almost completely surrounded by areas not used as residential areas. To the east of this area there are allotment gardens, to the north a large sports facility, to the west the town cemetery Stöcken and to the south the Üstra area. From our point of view, the placement of mobile phone masts in this area would make much more sense. We hope that the city district council will commission an expert to examine this proposal and to develop proposals for the relocation of the mobile masts.
