In view of the fact that the moratorium on gas and oil from Russia is not immediately possible for many EU countries, and Russia continues to equip its army with money received from the sale of oil and gas and destroy the infrastructure of Ukraine, we demand: 1. Open a special bank account for which transfers payments for Russian gas and oil at prices set until February 2022.
This will prevent the increase in prices for gas, gasoline, diesel fuel and other oil products for EU countries that invest their money to help Ukraine.
2. Transfer money from this account to Russia only one month after the complete withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine and the cessation of shelling and bombing of the territory of Ukraine.
3. From the amount accumulated on this bank account, withhold in favor of Ukraine compensation for the destruction caused by the Russian army.

It is necessary to stop the war in the center of Europe, to deprive Russia of the opportunity, as an aggressor country, to increase its military power and destroy other peaceful countries. Compensate Ukraine for funds to restore the infrastructure that the Russian army destroyed.
