З огляду на події які мали початок 24 лютого і продовжуються до тепер (фізичне та моральне насилля з боку країни агресора). Люди не мають жодного ресурсу, для продовження повноцінного життя в Україні, які не мають змогу забезпечити свою власну безпеку та безпеку рідних та близьких, дітей. Це допоможе їм відновити свої внутрішні сили для того, аби повернутися в свою країну і наближувати день нашої перемоги.

Given the events that began on February 24 and continue to this day (physical and moral violence by the aggressor country of the Russian Federation). People do not have any resources to continue a full life in Ukraine, who are unable to ensure their own safety and the safety of relatives and children. This will help them regain their inner strength to return to their country and bring the day of our victory closer.
