Es ist nicht transparent, bei welcher Steuerbelastung die Festsetzung der Grundsteuermessbeträge auslaufen werden. Auf Grund meiner Tätigkeit in einem Steuerbüro habe ich ca. 30 Steuererklärungen gefertigt von denen fast alle mindestens eine Erhöhung des Messbetrags ab ca. 50 % hatten.
