Menschen sollten da leben, wo sie sich sicher fühlen und sie eine Perspektive zum Leben entwickeln können. Die Menschenwürde ist unantastbar und gilt auch für Asylsuchende. Mensch bleibt Mensch und jeder hat ein gutes Leben verdient!

Statuswechsel

Es ist eine unverständliche bürokratische Vorgehensweise, von bereits integrierten, dringend benötigten Fachkräften die Ausreise zur Beantragung des Arbeitsvisums zu verlangen. Der Vorgang "Statuswechsel" sollte in solchen Fällen seitens der Ausländerbehörden abschließend bearbeitet werden.

Ich bin auch gegen Abschiebungen in Fällen, in denen ein Asylantrag negativ beschieden wurde. Allerdings weil ich gegen das Asylrecht bin! In diesem Punkt müssen GG und europäische Regeln endlich geändert werden, so schwer es wird! Keine Behörde kann Asylberechtigung individuell beurteilen. Viel wichtiger ist Einwanderung je nach Bedarf auf dem Arbeitsmarkt. Und da ist Sabah Saido offenbar ein gefragter Mensch. Ich hoffe, dass er hier arbeiten darf.

Ich finde es respektvoll sich dafür stark zu machen, dass er bleiben darf aber es ist auch egoistisch! Wenn wir alle die in ihrer sicheren Heimat etwas zum Guten bewegen können, hier behalten wollen, wird es keine positive Veränderung dort geben. Ja er muss ausreisen und wir sollten hoffen, das durch die Rückkehr solcher Fachkräfte die Fluchtbewegung unnötig wird.

Es ist nur eines wichtig: Asyl anerkannt oder nicht! Sein Asylantrag wurde abgelehnt, er braucht keinen Schutz, also muss er ausreisen oder wird abgeschoben. Kein Bleiben mit abgelehntem Asylantrag, sei er noch so nett, hilfreich und gebildet! Die illegale Migration über Asyl muss endlich aufhören!!!
