This year, 210 baseball fans will be given tickets, which will be selected through an official website lottery (200) and a pre-event (10). Ticket applications will be available on the KBO's official website from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13. 160 seats will be reserved (randomly assigned), and 50 additional standing seats will be available for fans to high-five the players upon their entrance.
In addition, the Fan Fest Zone will be open before the start of the official media day event, with various events such as photo booths, photo wall commemorative photos, sketchbook cheers, and gifts for fans. Prior to the official event, an autograph session featuring players from all 10 teams will be held for 160 fans with reserved seating tickets, followed by the official media day event at 2 p.m.
The 2024 Shinhan SOL Bank KBO Media Day will consist of two parts. In the first part, the managers of the 10 clubs will be on hand to talk about their plans for the upcoming season.
In the second part, the players will present their thoughts on the upcoming season and give media interviews. Afterward, there will be a 'Voice of the Fan' event where the players will answer questions from fans' video messages, and some of the questions submitted in advance through social media open chat rooms will be broadcast on-site.
The event will conclude with a group photo with the players, who will then be available for media interviews.
