Hello! My trip at Boston Logan Southwest Terminal went smoothly. The signage is excellent, and the layout is simple to follow. Check-in was stress-free because of the staff's friendliness and assistance. I liked the spotless seating areas and charging outlets by the gates. All in all, everything seemed well-planned and convenient for travelers.
