Ich habe die Petition unterschrieben, wohne aber nicht in NRW. Ist das für die Gültigkeit meiner Unterschrift ein Problem? Da der Rundfunkstaatsvertrag ja von allen Bundesländern mitgetragen wird, frage ich mich deshalb, ob es nicht möglich bzw. ratsam wäre, als Adressat dieser Petition die Petitionsausschüsse aller Bundesländer einzusetzen?
