Unschuldsbehauptung

Ich bin für diese Petition allein aus dem Grund weil man im deutschen Steuerrecht seine Unschuld erst immer beweisen muss, bei allen anderen Verfahren bin ich so lange unschuldig bis meine Schuld bewiesen worden ist! Bei allen Regelungen die in Europa gemacht werden ist Deutschland eines der wenigen Länder, vielleicht auch das Einzige in dem es so ist! Wieso? P. S. wieso wurde mein vorheriger Kommentar gelöscht?

Unschuld

Ich bin gegen ungeahndete Willkür, weil auch wenn die Behörden eingestehen einen Fehler gemacht zu haben, die Entschädigungszahlungen nur einen Bruchteil dessen ausmachen was man in Anwälte und Zeit investiert hat um seine Unschuld zu beweisen!
