Da hat wohl einer nicht nachgedacht...die Landesregierung ist im Bundesrat vertreten und bestimmt direkt die Bundesgesetze mit und ist ein Verfassungsorgan. Falls wählen auch für Ausländer und Nicht-EU-Bürger auf Landesebene möglich wäre, hätte das Auswirkungen auf den Bundesrat und das kann es ja wohl nicht sein!

Wer in Deutschland wählen möchte, muss deutscher Staatsbürger sein und genau so ist es richtig. Jeder der hier lebt und teilhaben möchte, kann die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft annehmen, wer das nicht möchte, darf halt hier nicht wählen und ist auf das Land beschränkt, dessen Staatsbürger er ist.
