Auch im August 2015 hat sich an der Situation nichts geändert. Banken können aufgrund einer Empfehlung Kapitalertragsteuer abziehen. Und wie Google zeigt, selbst bei Bestätigung der Steuernichtigkeit, wollen die Banken das Geld nicht wieder raus rücken.

Kapitalertragsteuer-Abzug durch die Banken

Weil Banken nicht die Steuerhoheit über Kapitalerträge haben dürfen. Es muss gesetzlich definiert werden, dass Steuerabzüge zum Zeitpunkt der Steuerübermittlung an das Finanzamt abgezogen werden. Banken dürfen Steuergelder nicht zwischenparken.
