Eigentlich richtig, aber leider juristisch nicht durchführbar, weil Russland dies mit VETO verhindern könnte. Einzige Möglichkeit wäre ein Austritt von Russland. Ob dies sinnvoll wäre, wage ich aber zu bezweifeln.
