What are the arguments against the petition?

Mindestbelegung

Ich finde den Wortlaut der Petition gut, jedoch frage ich mich sehr, ob eine generelle Mindestbelegung von 50-70% in der gegenwärtigen Situation verantwortbar ist. Bei der Bayerischen Staatsoper ist von ca. 25 % die Rede. Wie kommen Sie auf diese Mindestbelegung?
