Auf Grund der hohen Belastung und dem enormen Zeitdruck ist die Arbeit wesentlich belastender als in der ambulanten Pflege, hinzu kommt noch der zu leistende teildienst und der zunehmende Verkehr und auch die jetzigen witterungsverhältnisse führen zu einer enormen stressbelastung
