"Berlin" stands for freedom, innovation and creativity...you might think. But the recent rules and guidelines for street-music and busking are really artist-unfriendly.
Approvals even don't contain putting your guitar case in front of you or posing and using your little Amp, wich is in busy places actually necessary to be heard.
Music is treated as noise pollution.
We demand a better support and better conditions for streetart and- music, especially in these times in wich artists have and had a hard time without stage. Berlin should promote street culture for it 's own interest.
Examples like Ireland/Dublin show how an uncensored permission of street-music furthers culture and changes the image of the city in a positive way. This could make Berlin a more interesting and vivid place and has nothing to do with "noise pollution".
