We are raising awareness about the unstable and weak Wi-Fi connection at the Berg refugee camp, which is negatively impacting many of the children's educations and their access to education. By petitioning this idea, we can bring awareness to both the citizens and the mayor of Starnberg on the matter. By signing this petition, you are agreeing with the idea that these children and the camp deserve the appropriate conditions to also have a virtual and online education.
Reason
The children that live in the refugee camp in Berg, currently do not have access to a stable Wi-Fi connection. Wi-Fi in our times today can definitely be seen as a basic human right. Without a stable connection, their education is being jeopardised because they are unable to access online school materials. If Berg were to go into another lockdown, the camp and children would suffer most, as they would not have the sufficient means of keeping up with their work. Therefore, the more petition signatures we get, the more convincing our argument becomes. Help make a change in your community, to help those in need!
