Russia is imposing a war on Ukraine. It brings destruction, devastation and immeasurable suffering to Ukraine and its people, through no fault of their own.
Russia to pay reparations
Russia should be sued for reparations in the International Court of Justice for all the consequences it is responsible for, due to the forced war in Ukraine. In doing so, it should be responsible for both the direct consequences (e.g. the destruction of Ukrainian infrastructure and civilian property, etc.) and the indirect consequences (e.g. costs of taking in and supporting Ukraine refugees, hunger in Africa due to the loss of Ukrainian agricultural products, etc.).
If necessary, the assets of the Russian Central Bank should be impounded
If Russia is sentenced by the International Court of Justice to pay reparations and does not comply with the conviction, the open payments should be impounded from the frozen assets of the Russian Central Bank!

Росія нав'язує Україну війну не з власної вини. Вона приносить руйнування, спустошення і незмірні страждання Україні та її народу.
Росія виплатить репарації
Росія повинна подати позов про репарації в Міжнародний суд ООН за всі наслідки, за які вона несе відповідальність в результаті вимушеної війни в Україні. При цьому вона повинна нести відповідальність як за прямі наслідки (е.B. руйнування української інфраструктури та цивільної власності), так і за непрямі наслідки (наприклад.B витрати на прийом і підтримку біженців в Україні, голод в Африці через втрату української сільськогосподарської продукції).
У разі необхідності активи Російського центрального банку повинні бути конфісковані
Якщо Міжнародний суд ООН зобов'язав Росію виплатити репарації і не виконає наказ, платежі з арештованих активів Російського центрального банку повинні бути конфісковані!

Russland soll Reparationen zahlen
Russland sollte für alle Folgen, die es durch den erzwungenen Krieg in der Ukraine zu verantworten hat, vor dem Internationalen Gerichtshof auf Reparationen verklagt werden. Dabei sollte es sowohl die direkten Folgen verantworten müssen (z.B. die Zerstörung von ukrainischer Infrastruktur und zivilem Eigentum, etc.), als auch die indirekten Folgen (z.B. Kosten für Aufnahme und Unterstützung von Ukraine Flüchtlingen, Hunger in Afrika durch Ausfall ukrainischer Agrarprodukte, etc.).
Gegebenenfalls soll das Vermögen der russischen Zentralbank gepfändet werden
Wird Russland vom internationalem Gerichtshof zu Reparationszahlungen verurteilt und kommt dem Beschluss nicht nach, sollten die Zahlungen von dem beschlagnahmten Vermögen der russischen Zentralbank gepfändet werden!
