We are the tenants of the Spreekarre building (12555 Berlin) and because of the incidents recently happening in the building (damaged and stolen packages, smoking in the building, damaging lights and glass doors) we would like to ask for an improvement regarding the security. As a step towards a more secure building, we would like to ask for regular maintenance for the entrance doors to ensure they can be only opened with a key. We would also like to have security cameras installed at the entrances of the building, including pedestrian and the garage entrances including:
- Carl-Spindler-Str 5 and 13
- Adolf-Heyden-Str 1, 3 and 5
- Henriette-Lustig-Str 14.

Wir sind die Mieter des Spreekarre-Gebäudes (12555 Berlin) und aufgrund der Vorfälle, die sich in letzter Zeit im Gebäude ereignet haben (beschädigte und gestohlene Pakete, Rauchen im Gebäude, Beschädigung von Lampen und Glastüren), möchten wir um eine Verbesserung der Sicherheit bitten. Als einen Schritt in Richtung eines sichereren Gebäudes möchten wir um eine regelmäßige Wartung der Eingangstüren bitten, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nur mit einem Schlüssel geöffnet werden können. Außerdem möchten wir, dass Sicherheitskameras an den Eingängen des Gebäudes installiert werden, einschließlich der Fußgängerzone und der Garageneinfahrten:
Carl-Spindler-Str. 5 und 13
