The "German Environmental Aid" abuses the status of non-profit for economic purposes and damages the general public by arbitrariness. Justification
The DUH is suing more and more cities for bad air without being able to provide any reliable evidence. Measurements that serve as the basis for the complaints are taken by mostly incorrectly set up measuring stations. The results are therefore not conclusive.
Example: In the winter / spring of 2018, several fine dust alarms were triggered in Stuttgart. As it turned out afterwards, natural pollen flight was the cause of the increased fine dust pollution in the city centre.
Such - at the moment wrong - measurement results, however, are repeatedly used by the DUH to file lawsuits against cities. It is to be noted that penalty payments from these judgements are to be transferred always to 100% to the account of the DUH. Thus this nearly 280 members strong association finances itself, among other things also from payments of Toyota/Japan.
The measured values are demonstrably wrong and the DUH damages the final consumer by judgments which are justified by wrong facts and thus cuts him in his civil rights ---> damage of the community.
For this reason the DUH is to be withdrawn from the status of a non-profit organization. Many thanks for your support, Michael Rödl from Unterreichenbach
