Bei BUDNI rächt sich jetzt bitter, daß die Mitarbeiter 2005 keinem Betriebsrat, sondern einer Mitarbeitervertretung zugestimmt haben, die nur Rederecht aber kein Mitbestimmungsrecht hat . Die Gewerkschaft wurde damals schon vom Firmenchef abgelehnt. BUDNIANER müssen sich in erster Linie selber helfen, wir können nur unterstützend tätig sein, was wir auch gerne machen wollen. Wenn's gut läuft sind alle "liebe Mitarbeiter" , aber wenn's an den Profit geht, kennen auch BUDNI Chefs keine Gnade.

Die Budni-Filiale ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Oststeinbeker Ortskern geworden. Sie trägt mit ihrem breiten Drogerieangebot und der angesehenen Marke erheblich zur Attraktivität des Zentrums bei. Insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern (als Eltern eines kleinen Sohnes sind wir Dauergast!) sowie Seniorinnen und Senioren ist das Budni-Sortiment Teil des täglichen Lebens. Wenn man es etwas pathetisch mag, könnte man sogar sagen: Budni ist ein Stück Hamburg in Oststeinbek. :) Ich habe deshalb auch die Petition unterzeichnet, Kontakt zu Budni aufgenommen (spd-oststeinbek.de/?p=3873) und gestern die Resolution der Gemeindevertretung (spd-oststeinbek.de/?p=3886) unterstützt.
