Yang Hyun-joon (Celtic) picked up his first offensive point in two games since arriving in Europe. He provided a valuable assist to keep the game close as the opposition piled on the pressure.
Yang came off the bench to score an assist in Celtic's 3-1 win over Aberdeen in the second round of the 2023-24 Scottish Premiership at Pittodrie Stadium in Aberdeen, Scotland, on Sept. 13.
Yang, who was left out of the starting lineup, took the field in the 25th minute with his team leading 2-1. He was given the opportunity to make his European debut about 10 minutes earlier than in the opening game against Ross County.
He added an assist just 14 minutes after coming on. Yang used his pace and dribbling to break into the left side of the penalty box before sending a low cross into the box.
