Überdimensioniert, architektonisch unpassend für Bonn, falscher Standort mit schlechter Verkehrsanbindung am Rande des Landschaftsschutzgebiets. Der Rat hat sich bereits gegen das Projekt in dieser Form ausgesprochen.
