Keine Stadtteilbibliothek in Ludwigshafen darf geschlossen werden, denn sie stellen einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Literalität dar. Die Stadt soll sich das Geld beim Land holen, das sie jahrzentelang finanziell unterversorgt, statt bei den Ludwigshafener Bürgern.
