Das ist für alle Beteiligten ein Gewinn. Der Staat bekommt zwar keine Lohnsteuer, aber für die geleistete Arbeit Mehrwertsteuer und Beiträge zur Sozialkasse. Zusätzlich wird der Mehrverdienst weitere Konsumsteuern den Staat zuführen. Der Mitarbeiter hat einen Anreiz, Mehr Netto vom Brutto zu haben und kann seine fachliche Leistung weiter anbieten. Er muss nicht in die Schwarzarbeit ausweichen. Der Betrieb hat den Vorteil, den Fachkräftemangel etwas auszugleichen..

Benachteiligung anderer AN

An sich ist die Idee nicht schlecht. Aber es werden diejenigen noch mehr benachteiligt, die gar kein Weihnachtsgeld bekommen, bzw. die keine Überstunden machen (können/dürfen).
