Ganz einfach: Wer keine aussagekräftige Bewerbung schickt

wird von mir nicht eingeladen. Wer nicht will, muß also kein Fotos beilegen. Und auch keine Arbeitszeugnisse. Und keinen Lebenslauf. Und auch keine Ausbildungsnachweise. Derjenige kann ja einfach selbständig arbeiten und selber ein Unternehmen gründen.
