schwachsinn! mir wurde schon mal eine 3 Monatige kündigungsfrist fast zum verhängniss weil der neue nicht so lange warten wollte. Wenn man von seinem alten Arbeitgeber weg will muss man noch 3 Monate warten und sich im alten job quälen nein danke!
