Der §166 StGB schützt in besonderem Maße die individuelle weltanschauliche Orientierung sowie die öffentliche Ordnung. Ich empfehle dem Verfasser der Petition daher sich noch einmal eingehend mit den Artikeln 3 und 4 des Grundgesetzes zu befassen.
