Generelle Grenzwerte

Diese Gesetzgebung sollte generell für alle Verkehrswege gelten. So wie es hier formuliert wurde kommt m.E. Strassenverkehr und Luftverkehr zu einfach davon und schadet eher dem sonst sehr Effizienten Verkehrsmittel Bahn.
