Kleine Yogastudios können eine Abstandsregelung von 10qm nicht einhalten. Dies bedeutet das Ende für diese Yogastudios. Bitte darum, die Abstandsregelungen auf 1,5m zu reduzieren

Masken zur Yogapraxis lehne auch ich ab. Als vernünftige Alternative würde ich Yogaunterricht im Freien OHNE Mundschutz vorschlagen. Bei der Wiedereröffnung könnte man das miteinbeziehen. Ich sehe keinerlei Grund warum man Yoga mit Mindestabstand nicht bedenkenlos OHNE Maske im Freien üben können sollte.

Yoga mit Masken?

Ich als Yogalehrer kann diesen Wunsch verstehen, sehe aber in einer Öffnung durchaus Probleme, die ich im Einzelhandel auch skeptisch sehe. Sollen die Teilnehmer während des Unterrichts Masken tragen? Das wäre zumindest Teil der aktuellen Regeln für den Einzelhandel. Und Yoga mit Masken, ich sehe es nicht... In einem geschlossenen Raum mit körperlicher Anstrengung, intensiver Atmung halte ich die Yogapraxis gemeinsam mit anderen zur Zeit für verantwortungslos. Ich lehre das Gebot der Achtsamkeit und ich für meinen Teil sehe das inzwischen so, dass dieses Gebot verletzt würde.
