Ergänzend sollte hier noch angemerkt werden, dass solche Regelungen wohl nicht einseitig nur mit Deutschland, sondern nur unter Einbeziehung der EU/Schengenraum-Staaten stattfinden könnten.

Besuchsrecht im Heimatland

Was hindert die Befürworter der Petition daran ihre Verwandten in deren Heimatland zu besuchen? Vermutlich, weil es dort ähnlich wie in Deutschland geregelt ist. Die Petition ist also in soweit falsch argumentiert, als sie nur einseitige Maßnahmen von Deutschland fordert. Gefordert werden sollten hier politische Lösungen im Sinne von bilateralen Abkommen.
