Lieber Schiene als Radweg!

Für den Schienengüterverkehr wäre ein Wiederaufbau der Gleise ab Gerstungen bis zum Abzweig Elte und über die früher vorhandene Verbindungskurve nach Marksuhl (dann weiter über die Werrabahn) sinnvoll.
